Warwick Beehag, the managing director and licensee–in-charge, has over 30 years real estate experience establishing and running franchised real estate offices on the upper and lower north shore. Warwick commenced selling real estate in 1972 working for 5 years for a large city apartment developer and since then gained experience setting up and running franchised real estate offices on the upper and lower North Shore of Sydney.

In 1978 Warwick and two partners formed Asset Realty Pty. Ltd., starting initially at Willoughby, which had grown to 22 offices by 2001. He has worked in offices in Chatswood, Crows Nest, Killara, Lindfield, Northbridge, Neutral Bay and Willoughby and was instrumental in setting up many of these offices.

In September 2001, the company merged with PRDNationwide, based in Queensland. At that time Warwick resigned as a director of Asset Realty Pty. Ltd., yet retained his Franchise at Asset Realty Neutral Bay. Warwick saw a demand for an agency that offered quality real estate marketing and personalised service that the big franchises could not offer, so he decided to form an agency under his own name.

In August 2002, the company changed its name to Warwick Beehag and began trading as an independent agency at Neutral Bay. In October, 2007, the company purchased new premises and moved the business to Suite 7/701 Military Road, Mosman, opposite Upper Almora Street, to cater for the growing business in that area.
